We understand things happen, that’s why we’re here to help.
For a full refund, exchange or store credit we offer 30 days from the day your order was delivered to return any items. Items to be returned must be unused, unwashed and undamaged in order to be fully refunded, returned or exchanged. All return costs shall be covered by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
Once we receive the returned item(s) we will contact you letting you know we received the item(s). After the item(s) is inspected and accepted, we will then issue you a refund, store credit or exchange.
- When returning any item(s) to us, they are under your responsibility until we receive them. We advise you to use a courier which provides tracking to ensure that your item(s) don’t get lost
- *SALE items can only be returned or exchanged
- Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing.
