Returns & Exchanges Policy
Items to be returned must be unused, unwashed and undamaged in order to be returned or exchanged. For a full refund, exchange or store credit we offer 15 days from the day of the purchase to return any items back to us. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will contact you letting you know we received the item(s). After the item(s) is inspected and accepted. we will email you with a request is approved email confirmation. We will then issue you a refund or exchange. If 15 days have passed. we can only offer a store credit to use on products online.
When returning any item(s) back to us, they are under your responsibility until we receive them. We advise you to use a courier which provides tracking to ensure that your item(s) don’t get lost.
